Todays itinerary – Just 12 miles by bike, one ferry, two trains and a car! Today was home time 😦
All packed up and ready to go, love the contrast! 
Loch Arklet
We got to wear our overshoes today! We started our ride in rain but it soon cleared up. This was a ride of loch sides! We left the hotel on the shores of Loch Ard, not long after leaving Loch Ard we came to Loch Chon and then Loch Arklet.

The descent to the ferry at Loch Inversnaid was extreme, we turned one corner to find a car blocking the road, appearing to reverse! The passenger told us the road was blocked and was impassable! The only way for us to get back was via the ferry, the detour would be a long way! We took the bags off the bikes and managed to climb through one at a time with our bikes, drama over!

We got a train from Archar-Tarbet back to Glasgow and then another train back to Ardrossan, the adventure was soon to be over.
